Seems kinda funny to me that the people who hate GMO stuff do research and try to figure out where to get non GMO seeds. Meanwhile the guys worried about bottom line defend GMO to the death! Gotta remember that it isn't in the politicians (of all parties) best interest (getting reelected) to ban anything that helps keep prices down in the grocery store.
Getting back to the original post. Yea I think you were being scammed. Why else would someone try not to pay for something before it's shipped. I don't know of anyone who is selling anything who will ship without payment.
