You said you don't have weights on it so next check your wheels, front and rear. I had a 230 farmall that was clunking in the rear and found out it was the left front wheel loose. Check your brake shafts to see if you have movement which will idicate a bearing. If it isn't a loose wheel then I think you have a chipped tooth. Bearing usually have a grinding sound and your axal bearing runs in oil which will keep the sound softer.
