Neighbor agreed to disc up some firebreaks in my CRP for a spring burn. Met him at the 160 acre site and climbed aboard a 9320? 375 HP JD pulling a 36 foot Disc.Looked to be about 24 inch blades. There's no need for plows anymore that big disc just chewed up that switchgrass. And it pulverized the places where the brome had invaded. Also took out some unwanted 7 foot olive trees. Oh and I paid him for fuel at 23 gph and time. Get some seat time tomorrow in the 95 with the 7 ft Brushbull mowing 14 foot inside the disc line.
