we run a guided hunting service and we've had a couple go over 150 so far. and rifle doesn't start until the 19th here. had a monster (160 plus 14 pointer) that somehow got into one of our hog traps (caught 60 something hogs so far this year) and that was no fun getting him out-never broke a tine off, but it's not very often you get to wrestle with a big deer. we are phasing out our box traps for open traps so we don't have to fish deer out, they just jump over.
