Every so often(more then I like) our insurance Carrier tries to increase our coverage to cover people who make claims against em for flood plain damage in other states as well as ours. Always one teriffic fight with threats comming from us to change Insurance Companies.So far, notta.We have NO MORGAGE on our place so actually we could tell em to GO POUND SAND and take what ever chances that might occure from a fire ,wind storm rain -hail etc. Ofcourse we would have to pay for fire dept call, cleanup and any thing else attached to the damage.Glad you took on the establishment,on behalf of the other person. Common sence prevails sometimes and makes em look like the misers they truly are.LOcal government is mostly INTRUSION into peoples life style, and like I said, Most want to rule the world ,one inch at a time, and they will if no objection comes from the ballot box.
