There was a post about Gout a couple weeks ago. Tart cherries were recommended. I had the initial signs that turned into a full blown flare in my foot. Couldn"t see a Dr. becuse of the weekend, so I gave the cherry juice a try. I drank a quart of it and woke with almost no pain. Here"s the problem: spent most of the day on the throne, but my gout was cured!
