well we"ve had one since the early 80s. right now i"ve got it torn down for an engine rebuild. #2 piston decided it wanted to be two. almost 6000 hours. synchro shift.
it"s a good tractor for tillage. below about 1400 rpm it"s gutless, but let that blower spool up and she"ll pull. shifting takes a strong shoulder and arm and learning the sweet spot. not the greatest design. as for your price, tough to say without looking at it, but that"s in the ballpark.
