5000hrs.is very low for a tractor of that age.Make sure by looking at wear points,blow-by,and general condition.They werent great starters but were good tractors in their day.$9500 or less with duals is fair you just dont want to buy any problems so the best way I have found and it usually costs less than $100 is have it inspected by a good JD dealership.They will find things you never thought to replace as they are trying to sell parts and labor
