around here the more detailed the pics, the more meth activity. The pics I have seen for our area were older and not much detail, but go north 30 miles and you can see cats in peoples yards. There is also a lot of meth lab activity in that area so I don't think the better pics are just for the publics benefit, big brother is looking for something.
