Its a 90 hp 4 wheel drive no cab. The 4000 is a lot smaller tractor It the size of ford 901 with about 55 hp, plus the 4 wheel drive adds a lot to it. It looks brand new and so does the mower which new goes for around $3,000 The man bought it and then died a few years back, so his wife can't use it. He paid over $60,000 for it all in 2007 as much as she can remember and I expect thats low.
