I've ran those ol' gals a lot. They were probably one of the best cleaning combines ever made. Dad always said that anything you took through the cylinder would be in the bin and he was right. After he died we were needing another combine and was at a sale looking to buy a disk, they started on a M Gleaner however that was going real cheap so I bought it. Man I found out just what he meant, that thing would throw grain out the rear while the old Casae was lapping it every round. Called people that had been Gleaner owners for ever and they said I had it set right but wasn't going slow enough. It was my worst buy ever. Brakes went out on it going down a big hill and rolled it going through a bridge at the bottom. Got our money back and more from insurance so I guess it was a good buy. LOL
