Lot of "opinions" here, but the bottom line is going to be money. Who is going to file against him & spend whatever it takes to fight him & whatever he is willing to spend? Talking tens of thousands of dollars. Maybe no one files, maybe he won't fight it, but if contested it will be an expensive trip through the court system. What you as an individual think is 'right' matters not one iota. The court ruling does.
