Well, Randy, I for one don't believe flipping the page on a calendar will change my fortune.
That being said, 2011 was a nasty year for us. Wife had cancer - still undergoing chemo - quite sick much of the time. Fortunately the heavy duty chemo is over now, just once a month. But she's not bouncing back very fast. I caught my hand in the lever that pulls up the needles on the baler and got a nasty injury. First field I baled this year. That has healed, but was a big handicap all summer. Ended up doing all my haying singlehandedly - no pun intended. Just don't try to arm wrestle me left handed. Injured hand healed, but still not back to normal. Then we lost a couple dear family members.
