Boiler burner was kicking off randomly (needed reset)... Burner sticks thru the door and hangs on slots then has two screws to tighten it... tighten the screws and it'll run a few minutes and stop... The more you reset it, the shorter it will run.... Had the burner out so many times this morning that the last time I guess I forgot to tighten the screws...
Ran good for a couple hours and I was gonna put the covers back on.. tightened the screws and it quit in about 10 seconds.. loosened the screws about a quarter turn (just a little play) and it is still running. I had cleaned everything and checked the numbers on the air vents and all is good, tighten the screws and it quits.....
Any ideas??? Gonna be changing the whole heater soon, just gotta decide to go new or a complete low mileage (??) Buderus setup that I've had for 3 years lookin for the rountuit... Just trying to milk this one along til I have a little vacation next month.
