I have both of the above # tractors and they both have what I call a secondary clutch lever. It is a hand lever clutch on the right hand that is connected to the right axle only. Both tractors have the exact same setup. I have all the proper books and none of them show this lever or explain anything about it. I talk to anyone or anybody about this setup and I always draw a total blank. Can anyone out there please explain what this is or what the benefit of it might be. I w3ant to enter the local tractor pulls this spring but am not sure if this is a "weak link" on what seems to be a good little tractor. Appreciate any info,and Thank You, Ralph.
