Well at the moment we still live in a capitalist society, so pricing is not restricted under any common laws. I believe the legal definition of value is 'what a willing seller will accept from a willing buyer'. Maybe there is room to chisel him down? And it seems, in many parts of the world, tractors, like real estate, are priced on 3 issues.... location, location and location. I know dealers in central New York state that want $2500 for anything on the lot... no matter how long ago the rotten tires sank in the mud....
