I re-welded about everything on mine (7' from TSC).
It is also "Light", I think..I put one chain from the center of the blade, just above the heavy cutting edge I put on, up forward to the front of the frame. I drilled the Pivot stop-bolts out from about 1/2" (kept stretching them and breaking them), so I drilled them out to the same size as the Main center bolt.. Then, just to be sure (the JD 630 is weighted Heavy)..I put a chain from the ends of the blade (top), forward to just behind the 3-point pin.. I never angle the blade anyway..
My advice would be to spend the money on a much Heavier blade, in the 1st place..!!
