I smoked for over 30 years. I was smoking over two packs of camel strights a day. I didn't start out smoking that much and when I quit I went down slowly. Don't carry your pack with you. Leave it somewhere so you have to walk to get one. After you are down to less then a pack a day leave them at home and only smoke one in the morn and one or two in the evening. Then say it will be your last pack and stick to it. One other thing is do not tell any one that you are quiting because they will always be asking you how are you doing and for me that would not work. HTH
