Yes. Since they stick with dogma and the rules don't change because society changes, last time I heard you cannot be a member of that church and be in any secret organization and that was the way it was for as long as I remember and before.
The KC's have duties other than brotherhood. They have uniforms and swords and provide escort services for church dignitaries at some formal church functions. Yes they are socially helpful, but there is no big initiation and all that and it's activities are open.
One thing they really like to do, down here in Texas is have family get-to-gethers and drink all the beer and eat all the barbecue they can hold.....then get out on the dance floor and do some Polkas.....and yes Catholics can dance and drink.
