For me it used to be a cigarette and a cold Pepsi. That ended 26 yrs ago when I quit Cold Turkey. It was the easiest thing I ever done, once the conscience and the sub-conscience agreed it was time to quit. If they are both not of the same mind it will be just like all the other times, I can tell you that. You have to be truely sick and tired of all the coughing and hacking, for it to work cold turkey.
