I just purchased a Long 460 Diesel. it has a lever below the lift position lever... this lever is short and if pushed one way is like spring loaded but pushed the other way it locks in... it moves some roller lookin thang below one of the lift arms. What is this lever and what is its purpose/what does it do? thanks
