I have an ASV RC 30 rubbertrack loader, which has a similar sized undercarriage. It is much beefier, though. I adapted a 6' hydraulic snow blade, similar, to that one, and it is the ultimate snow moving machine, till you get into too deep snow. I use a 4' Snow thrower, when it's too deep, for the plow. I doubt that the one in the picture would have the same strength, in the undercarriage, in the long run. You can pick up an ASV RC 30, with low hours, for $12,500 or less, at auction these days, if that helps.
