The difference is that the trailer tires are marked "for trailer use only". Other than that, I really don't know.
I would expect that a D.O.T. officer or maybe a highway patrol officer MIGHT give you some grief if they were a mind to, but in all reality, I doubt very much if the ol' Ford will give a hoot one way or the other. Drive it and be happy. :D :D
