I don't think its the cab mounts but there does appear to be something up with line up of the cab and bed (repaired wreck?). It appears to to be sitting to level for that to be frame flex.
I live in Kansas and I look south (to Oklahoma) for older trucks - almost everything in Nebraska is rusted though in 5-6 years and Kansas isn't a lot better. You can find an exception but the price reflects it.
