Watched ARS this evening, Always interesting. My grand daughter and I attended the Tulsa show. I was picked out to be taped. Quite an experience. I"ll say this about the ARS. They certainly know how to "do" a show like that. They had 6000 folks that Sat. in Tulsa. I was then on the first show in 2012 and was the second "antique" shown. I had carved a cane for Mother Teresa and she sent me a thank you note. That was what I was interviewed about. The lady that followed me on the show sat next to me in the queue chair line. The fellow that had the highest dollar valued antique ever on ARS ($1- 1.5 million) was sitting about three feet from me in the queue line. He came on the show about halfway thru the show. All the ARS can be viewed by going to "Antique Road Show/PBS" and clicking on "Tulsa No. 1" show. It was a very interesting day for my grand daughter and me.
