Well, I fought the herniated disk(L4-L5} for around 10 years with series of shots, PT and chiro. Ended up having the disk trimmed back. Left me with numbness in my left foot from nerve damage in my back from the nerve being compressed for so long. Should of had the surgery 10 years earlier. Good luck with your decision.
