Small world.... Guy we bought our last little piece of ground from and "rent" (free) an acre or so from kicked off a couple years ago. His daughter/SIL takes care of everything now...had a tractor the same style as mine.... Never really paid attention to it but today, his SIL drove by with it and I noticed an FEL mount. Had some time so followed him, told him I am interested and looking for a loader. He said the dam think has been in his way ever since they sold the old guy's place... Gonna give me a price next week, hope it's reasonable...

While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation. They all seem to start with a chapter entitled "Theory of Electricity".
