I had lost about 15 after I had the flu the first time. I layed some of it to using that Z-Quiet anti snore thing too,keeping my blood sugar level so I didn't HAVE to eat. But I think it had my resistance low and I had a relapse,so now that I'm feeling good enough to eat again,I'm eating everything in sight until I'm sure I'm better and have my immunity back. For now,I'd rather be a little heavy than be sick.
