thats supposed to be a dry clutch...the reason its bucking is one or more seals is leaking either engine oil or tranny oil into bell housing...gonna have to split tractor to fix...replace pressure plate,clutch disk and throwout bearing while you got it apart unless you really like splitting tractors.
