Check your relays in the power distribution box under the hood. I know one controls the fuel pump but the others control the PCM or the ECM, horn, AC and other stuff. I think the inside of the cover says which relay controls what, if not the owners manual does.
Since you have spark and fuel pressure there maybe a separate relay that controls the fuel injectors.
I have a 1997 F-350, same body as 92-96 F-150, with a 460 that would not crank, ended up being fire ants had gotten into and messed up 2 or 3 relays in this box.
