I guess I'm lucky, I have probably seven kubota dealers I can think of within 40 miles of where I live. I have never had any problem with any of them I have dealt with. The two I have brought tractors from Have been real good to me. I currently have two kubotas at this time and have been real happy. The only problem I have had is my JD buddies hooting on me even though my last one was built down in Georgia. The last one I traded in I got almost what I paid for it new after using it for 13 years. They hold there value and have good dealer support, in my opinion. I have seen allot of tractors like yours with a remote on it. I can't understand why you are having a problem. I would e-mail them on their web site and complain.
