I stopped buying kubota a couple of months ago because they took the dealership away from a local independent IH dealer named Chuck Becker. He is a stand alone dealer who has supported both the IH and Kubota lines with the best service I have ever had from any dealer. You need parts he would get them and even deliver to your farm day or night without extra fees. Last fall a local chain of new holland dealer named Roberts had kubota at a few of it's dealers threatened to dump them unless they got the monopoly. Well they got it and almost put chuck out of business. Normally I really wouldn't care but the New Holland dealer has always had poor or dissmal service at best so if I want the right kubota parts I will have to drive at least an hour to get what I need. I'm just tired of chain dealers crying and pushing independents out of business, but in the end the japanese really don't care as long as they get their cash.
