having trouble with my 1978 int.674.. lift was stuck in up pos. until i cleaned out control spool and freed it up.the problem i have now is there are two leavers on rt. side. inside leaver is for draft, outside is for lift. i cant get the draft linkage to work the spool valve, it seems to be bound up and pops out of the acuator rod link. with the linkage diconected i can work the draft spool valve with a large scewdriver and the lift works fine any thought on this problem? thanks terry
