After mowing the weeds but ONCE last year, imagine my surprise at seeing a foot of fast growing grass after I got back from a run the other day. My vacant lots on the wrong side of the tracks had some spots at 3 foot already and I mowed them once about three weeks ago. I got the fields at the house mowed but the North side lots are waiting till I get back and it dries out again.
Local mower shop has about 50 mowers in for repairs. Last year he thought he was going to close up for lack or work. I think he might have just a wee bit too much work this year if it keeps up!
