We had a 1929 chev car that had similair dust caps,I can't say with certainty that they are the same but an auto restoration supplier may have the caps. If there are any Car clubs in your area the old Chevy guys could help you.I often go to automotive flea markets and find rare parts like that..local Fire Department was restoring a 1917 Chev fire truck and needed a carburetor. Someone in the departemnet knew I has messed with old cars and asked me if I could find one..brought them back three and all for under $15..good luck
