The most damage was done in Lancaster just west of where we are. News this morning said 600+ homes & businesses damaged or destroyed. Tornado was rated an F-2.
Last night the news confirmed 8 tornadoes. 7 were F-2. The one that hit Forney was an F-3, but it wasn't on the ground very long. The Lancaster tornado was on the ground the longest which is why it did the most damage.
It was the worst outbreak of severe weather for over a decade.
