I had a devil of a time with my 3732 the last few days. I hooked the Oliver 1850 to it because the tire man had to come out and fix a tire on the big White. The pto doesn't like to stop on the 1850 and I didn't want to drop slop on the road,so I pulled the rope into neutral. When I put it back in,it went in to low,but I couldn't get it back in high. I had the White back on it yestreday and messed with it for quite a while getting it back in high, even with the indicator where it's always been for high. I tapped the rod where it goes in the gear box, pulled the rope and ran it all the way around a few times before it finally took off and ran fast for cleanout.
If that 3615 is anything like the 3732,there are 3 different setups on it. One is just a single speed and I suppose you'd have to change sprockets or something. Then there's a 2 speed. That one has a rotating indicator. Pull the rope until the indicator is about between the 3 o'clock and 4 o'clock position. Then there's a variable speed. That one just has an indicator that moves from about 10 o'clock to 12 o'clock. 10 o'clock is off,the first position up from there is slow, then each click from there increases the speed.
