It is a German ad, ask me if you need to understand something.... BUT here's an interesting fact. In Germany, and most European countries, you have to have a semi-annual inspection, even on a tractor to certify that it is "road/work worthy", no major oil leaks, working lights, horn, wipers, good glass, just like in a car. and if you don't pass, you got a little time to fix it and reinspect, thereafter, if you get caught without TUV, (indicated with a small plackard on your tag on the vehicle) it will be expensive,and you get penalty points on your license (too many, you loose it!)That's why I am here in the US....LOL Ralph in Oklahoma.
