As long as it is the same overall diameter the machine isn't going to know (mixed tires). If not you will be stressing the drive line somewhere. If you go that route get 4 matching tires.
As for truck tires, side wall is going to be the issue. Look back in the mirror some time and look whats going on with a loaded tandem trailer when making a sharp turn. One will be bowed in the other out.
The loader itself probably will not weigh enough to be a problem. With a full bucket of manure, it might.....
