you didn"t specify model, doesn"t really matter, if all dodge"s have this problems anyway,, [bought a 2004 p/u,68k miles, like new still],, watching the speed channel, one program has a section about the heater/a-c doors going bad,[because they are cheep made] where they were showing a short cut to repair/replace the doors instead of taking out the whole unit to fix,,i see this after i bought truck,,hoping it doesn"t happen,,,i have noticed that when i select setting, takes a second or two to switch, then turn fan up which makes doors move to proper location...guess it"s just a dodge thing,,may have to go back to a ford if i have a lot of troubles,,,lol
