More than likely the SEAL is not going to fix your problem. All the seal does is keep the splash/low preasure oil in place. The end plates get worn in the pump and actual pump preasure is getting down to the shaft. As Jan says a good pump shop will probably be your next stop after you get the seal . May help for a little while but think your pump is worn.
