Paul,I got both of my copies of Michigan Madman right from EJ. He was selling them at the pull in Ionia a couple of times. My second edition is autographed.
It says in the back of the book,tapes and books can be ordered by calling 877 A Mad Man. I have no idea whether that's a good number or not anymore.
I can't find the name of the publisher,but he wrote them himself. It says printed in China.
