I am rally beginning to think Wisconsin is more corrupt than Illinois, in Illinois they get caught, loose their job and go to jail. Last year we had medical doctors that are state employees skipping work to go protest the governor's budget repair bill, while they were there they were writing out Doctor's excuses for the other state employees that decided going to protest at the state capital was more important than going to work. The state disciplined the Doctors pulling this stunt, now the state is getting sued by the Doctor's union over the discipline.
