Nah, fool me once, shame on you, that kind of thing. When I put an add on craigslist for more ground I mentioned that no ground will be worked without a legal signed contract, and we drew up a very comprehensive contract with length of lease, allowable uses for both parties, payment etc.
He seems much more stable than the first guy, but I am never going through this kind of hassle again without something I can show a judge.
