Horse boarding at the facility I get my manure from charges upwards of $900 a month for the full board. Rates to lease a paddock start at $250/mo. Not nearly the facility shown.
I delivered a load of hay to a very high end facility in Magnolia TX that had a barn similar to the one you show. Their rates started at $1400 per month per horse. Both are at full capacity.
Lots of big money thrown at hay burners. I had them growing up and they where big fun. They were expensive even then. I always had an odd job of some kind just to pay vet bills and buy feed.
Every now and then I get the urge to have horses again and go rent one on the beach in Galveston to get it out of my system. Much cheaper to rent than own.
