Put the trickle charger on them and check to see if they are receiving voltage from the charger. If they are just leave them for a few days. It may take 100 hours or more to recharge them from the condition they are in. If your charger will not apply voltage to them because of auto shut down protection connect another charged battery to them for a while until the charger will maintain a voltage to them without the good battery.
When I worked for an IH dealership they would have kids play on the tractors and combines and leave the lights on so that the batteries would be drawn down completely dead. We had to trickle charge them for at least 100 hours before testing to see if they were bad. Many times they would still fail after the initial charging but after setting on the shelf for 30 day to clear warranty they would then pass a load test. I used one of those batteries for almost 10 years in my tractor before it actually failed.
