Hauling manure outta sheep pens today. Temperatures in the low 90's. Our loader tractor, a '49 JD B, (yeah, I know, get something newer...). Anyway, gasoline is boiling and vaporizing in sediment bowl. Doesn't run very well that way. Having to stop and let it cool down every few minutes. Gasoline is fresh, bought last week end. Even tried wrapping bowl assembly with terry cloth towell, and keeping it moist. Evaporation helped cool it a bit, but not toatlly successful. Short of putting ice cubes in the gas tank, any suggestions???
