Sparrows had the run of my pole barn for years, but we kept the doors open most of the time. We tried keeping the doors closed, but the sparrows would just squeeze in under the doors. I do not have concrete in my shed, just gravel. I bought some fine gravel and put it up right to the bottom of the sliding doors and was diligent about keeping it flush to the bottom of the doors. Once the birds find they can no longer get back to their nests, they will find other places to go. I still try to keep my doors closed most of the time and even when they are open now, birds very seldom fly in.
