It was shipped parcel post from a small town in Arkansas. From there it went to Memphis, then to Jersey City, NEW JERSEY, back through Des Moines, Iowa to Nebraska. The seller and I both tracked it online. He called his local post office and was told that kind of routing is rather normal. Could this be why our postal service is in trouble?
BTW, the governor arrived this morning, I installed it this afternoon, and it works fine. Haven't figured out yet what happened with the old one. It was stuck on about 1/3 throttle, no matter where the throttle lever was set. Only thing noticeable was the ball bearing inside the drive gear was badly worn.
