Yep,neighbor drilled his well on my property.. NICE WELL.. After couple months of bantering and him being a Azz about it I called my lawyer.. she drew up papers for him to rent the well from me. Within two weeks he put in a new well on his side. AND I have a nice well on the far end of my property..
Second one.. kids were playing and had hung a tire swing in my draw.. Fine.. but when my dog ended up down there to see who, what why.. I get the call from the mom chewing on me for my dog being ON ITS OWN PROPERTY bothering her kids.. I put a fence up that next week.. in that process of fencing noticed he planted some trees on my side. Told him he needed to remove them.. Didnt so I did and put them nicely in a bucket and set them on his property.. HE NEVER PLANTED THEM.. let them die right in the pots.. DUMB &*&^%
